"伊藤穣一が語る「イノベーションの民主化」とその破壊的変化にしなやかに対応するための9つの原則" 1. 強さではなくしなやかさを持つこと。つまり、失敗に抵抗しようとするのではなく、失敗を認め、受け入れた上で、そこから跳ね上がっていくこと。 2.「押す」のではなく「引く」こと。資源を中央に集めてコントロールするのではなく、必要に応じてネットワークから引き出すこと。 3. 安全に焦点を当てるのではなく、リスクを取ること。 4. モノではなく、システムに焦点を合わせること。 5. 地図ではなく、よいコンパスを持つこと。 6. 理論ではなく、実践に基づくこと。なぜそれが機能するのかわからないときもあるが、大事なのは、理論を知っていることではなく、それが機能するということだ。 7. 服従ではなく、反抗すること。人に言われたことをしても、ノーベル賞は取れない。多くの学校は服従について教えるが、われわれは反抗を賞賛するべきだ。 8. 専門家ではなく、クラウド（人々）に向かうこと。 9. 教育ではなく、学習に焦点を当てること。
